Shree Hari Krishna A2 Gir Cow Ghee is a premium traditional ghee crafted from Gir cow milk for customers seeking an authentic, carefully prepared addition to their daily kitchen. Made using a traditional process that includes careful milk preparation, curd setting, churning and slow heating, the ghee develops a naturally rich aroma, appealing golden appearance and distinctive traditional taste.
Whether enjoyed over warm rotis, dal and khichdi or used in tadka, everyday cooking and traditional Indian sweets, A2 Gir Cow Ghee adds richness without complicating your meals. Carefully prepared in small batches and packed with attention to quality, it reflects the traditional ghee-making approach that has remained an important part of Indian kitchens for generations.
A2 Gir Cow Ghee adds rich flavour, aroma and texture to everyday food and is highly versatile in the kitchen. It can be used for tadka, cooking vegetables, preparing parathas and rotis, serving with dal or rice and making traditional sweets. Its concentrated richness means even a small quantity can enhance the flavour of a meal, making it suitable for both everyday recipes and special occasions.
Made from A2 Gir cow milk and traditionally processed into ghee. The preparation follows a traditional journey involving milk, curd setting, churning and controlled slow heating to develop the final ghee's characteristic aroma and golden clarity. Store the jar tightly closed in a cool, clean and dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean and completely dry spoon when serving. Avoid moisture entering the jar, as this can affect product quality. Ghee may naturally become firm or grainy in cooler temperatures and softer or liquid in warmer conditions. Such seasonal texture changes are normal for ghee and do not by themselves indicate spoilage.
